With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Coach Thomas (Dr. T) has witnessed countless individuals—particularly women—grapple with defining their “What”. Often, when asked about their aspirations, the response is simply to “find a good job.” But she believes each of us is uniquely gifted by God, created with a purpose and designed to thrive in alignment with His calling (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10).
As a Christian woman in ministry, Dr. T encountered many women who abandoned their dreams under the guise of “Godly contentment,” believing that God could use anyone, anywhere. While this is true, she passionately champions the truth that God’s design for each of us is intentional and purposeful (Eph 2:10, Jer. 29:11) .
Armed with over a decade of academic study in leadership development and the growth of adults and organizations, Dr. Thomas is dedicated to helping women uncover their God-given talents and step boldly into their calling. Through her work, she inspires women to move beyond complacency, rediscover their dreams, and lead lives that glorify God while fulfilling their unique potential.
